If you haven’t had Concord’s “Gibson Mill experience,” you’ve gotta give it a go. This former yarn and fabric mill dates back to 1899 and has now been converted to a community-driven gathering space.

Gibson Mill is one of our pride and joys as Liles Construction led numerous phases of this historic adaptive reuse build. The first phase of construction started in 2006 with the Liles Construction office and has systematically expanded into various businesses throughout the 650,000 square foot complex.

Features we love about this historic space include the fantastic Gibson Mill Market serving up locally sourced food including gourmet cookies, fresh tacos, a specialty coffee shop and so much more. (We never get hungry around here!)

Additionally, Gibson Mill houses other office and retail tenants, a classic car “AutoBarn”, and an antique mall with 750 booths!
