Greenville is home to our latest adaptive reuse project. Liles Construction is renovating the old ReWa wastewater plant. Built in the 1920s, the building will soon be transformed into a multi-functional event and conference space.

Liles Construction is excited to announce the beginning of our latest adaptive reuse build that will bring a sauna and cold plunge experience to the area.
Roebuck Elementary School is expanding with new classrooms and a renovated main entrance. Liles Construction will be overseeing this project totaling 24,425 square feet of new construction at the school. The project also includes an additional 10,000 square foot renovation beginning in 2025.
