Liles Construction loved working on Hi-Wire Brewery’s 9th location in the heart of Charlotte’s South End. Brad Long was the superintendent for Liles on this project. The architect is Greg Zirkle from Redline Design Group.

For our crew at Liles, this project was a first generation upfit as the building was brand-new. It’s been smooth sailing every step of the way through this build. We love working with easy-to-work-with clients and Hi-Wire’s co-owners Chris Frosaker and Adam Charnack were just plain awesome to partner with.

The Redline Team and Hi-Wire Teams had a perfect vision for the high ceilings, storefronts, and new 6,500sf beer garden. We also love the giant murals created by Asheville artist Ian Wilkinson. Check out this time lapse on Instagram that shows the creation of one of the murals!
