The Liles Retail Team has built a strong connection with multiple Take 5 Oil Change franchisees, helping them expand their footprint throughout the Southeast. Our team has successfully completed 29 new Take 5 locations and has 8 more currently in various stages of development.

After competitively bidding against other general contractors, our consistent track record of aggressive scheduling and competitive pricing has allowed us to transition to a primarily negotiated program. Our specialized program includes meticulously detailed, half-day schedules, and custom checklists for every major project milestone. Our team has also developed a comprehensive preconstruction program and checklist to identify potential issues early on. This proactive approach helps us minimize delays and costly redesigns caused by unforeseen site conditions, ensuring a smoother and more efficient construction process from start to finish.

Working with multiple franchisees and developers, we've been able to expand our services into new markets, including Tennessee and Georgia, in addition to our core areas of North and South Carolina.
