Liles Construction was tasked with the construction of a 4,000 SF commercial shell designed to accommodate two future tenants within Cascadia at Highland Creek.

The building is single-story and wood-framed, featuring a combination of brick and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) on the exterior, which provides both durability and aesthetic appeal.

Our team partnered with Beauxwright LLC, who is overseeing the construction of the multifamily residential development where the building is located. This was yet another mixed-use project for us, and this collaborative effort highlights our success within the growing trend of residential and commercial spaces coming together to create cohesive community atmospheres.
