Liles was happy to be the construction partner for a new Advanced Auto Parts location in Clinton, SC. This ground-up project consisted of a new masonry building approximately 6,800 square feet in size.

Damage and lingering effects from Hurricane Helene—which struck the area in October, 2024—presented several significant setbacks, including the delay of permanent power at the facility until only a month before opening. However, our crew was able to get creative and rally to complete the project on time thanks to a seamless inspection process with Clinton city officials.
