This urban pickleball and entertainment facility is the first of its kind in Charlotte, located at 101 Southside Drive in Charlotte. Rally combines the popularity of pickleball with drinks and food in an elevated social environment.

Our team at Liles Construction has been hard at work for many months on this 27,000 square foot event space located on a 1.9 acre lot. Kudos also go out to our friends at Redline Design, DPR Design, and Strata Project Management. The project included many unique challenges - a tight schedule, difficult existing conditions (underground tanks!), and high end food and beverage finishes.

The venue’s features include:

• eight indoor and outdoor pickleball courts
• cocktail bar
• cafe
• lounge area with ping pong tables
• private event space
