Liles Construction partnered with Gianni's Trattoria on their exciting relocation to the historic Gibson Mill. As the construction partner for this multi-phase adaptive reuse project, our team has been deeply involved in transforming the 650,000 square foot mill into a vibrant destination for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Gianni's Trattoria, a cornerstone of the Concord community for over 15 years, has now opened its doors in a beautiful new space at Gibson Mill. We collaborated closely with their team and other partners to create a restaurant that honors their rich culture and enables their vision for growth. The new trattoria features an expanded dining room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a welcoming ambiance that perfectly complements their authentic Italian cuisine.
