This was the first project of its type for this fledgling program. The ROC and training center provided an alternate learning space for high school-aged students and adult students to learn the construction industry.

This project was a design-build project and had to incorporate the needs of three ownership groups (the ROC, Goodwill, and CPCC). Through creative design meetings and an open design and budget collaboration between all parties, the Liles team was able to successfully satisfy each different party’s requirements.
