Village at Research Park Shell

Stiles Corporation's latest venture, The Village at Research Park, is an impressive retail shell project featuring three single-story, wood-framed structures (Buildings B, C, and D) sitting on a total area of approximately 36,000 square feet.  

Designed with a contemporary blend of brick and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), these buildings offer both durability and modern aesthetic appeal, perfectly suited for future commercial use. Buildings B and D each provide 6,000 square feet of versatile space, with the option to subdivide into up to four separate units, making them ideal for various retail and service applications.  

Building B has two spaces under contract for a dental office and a Chipotle restaurant. Building C, spanning 2,245 square feet, is set to become the new home for a relocated Starbucks, further enhancing the project's appeal.
