Sixty Vines

The Liles team is wrapping up a unique project in Charlotte’s South End called Sixty Vines. An upscale wine taproom and kitchen, this Texas-based concept is dedicated to creating a relaxed-yet-refined, one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

Sixty Vines is focused on cutting down on bottle waste by pouring wines straight from a barrel to a tap. The taproom features over 60 rotating wines on draft.

Liles Construction Project Manager Brenden Eaton and Superintendent Brad Long led the construction team for this buildout, partnering with the owners at Front Burner (FB) Restaurant Group. We also worked alongside architects from Zebra Architects, as well as the construction management team from 360 Project Management.

The project has 8,500 SF of indoor space and 2,500 SF of outdoor space. Sixty Vines also features a greenhouse, patio seating, live-edge bar tops, an exhibition kitchen, plus a wood-fired pizza oven to complement the wines on tap.
