Liles Construction along with Asana Partners, BB&M Architects, and Land Design took this old cold storage facility in the heart of NoDa from an abandoned warehouse to a new office shell complete with outdoor amenity spaces. From the projects inital budget, the team was able realize nearly $700,000 in value engineering options while maintaining the building design intent. Additionally, the team was able to turn over significant savings at project completion through means and methods and buyout savings. 

During the shell construction, Liles also delivered the tenant upfit (Industrious) finishing the space as a class-A coworking facility.
