For their second location, Resident Culture Brewing Co. chose a stunning 1920’s bus maintenance facility in the heart South End’s Gold District. Liles Construction assisted with design constructability reviews, budgeting and construction for this innovative adaptive reuse brewpub & restaurant project. The 10,000 square foot main floor features Lightning Bar (named after their flagship Hazy IPA – Lightning Drop), Lager Fest Themed Bar & Dining, and private dining. El Toro Bruto, an authentic taqueria, and a coffee bar also add to the décor and functionality of the main floor that makes this space truly one of a kind. With a future live-music and banquet venue opening up in 2022 in the lower level, we’re sure this brewery will become a beloved fixture of the bustling South End neighborhood.
