Liles Construction completed this 11,000 square foot facility for Pet Suites, which offers boarding, daycare, grooming and training for dogs and cats. The project features over 100 kennels and 7,000 square feet of outdoor recreation space for their furry clients.

Poor soil conditions and shallow water tables presented unique challenges during construction, but the Liles team was able to pivot our schedule in order to accommodate phasing that would allow for proper dewatering techniques to be implemented.

We were also able to collaborate with over a dozen national Pet Suite vendors, who provided historical knowledge from past projects that helped our team optimize coordination to allow for multiple out-of-state vendors to perform their scopes of work.

Our expertise working on projects in a wide variety of industries made it possible for the Liles Construction team to finish this one on-time and efficiently.
