Sauna House Greenville
Location: 711 W Washington Street | Greenville, SC
Project Manager: Woody Liles
As a former Borden Ice Cream Factory dating back to 1923, this modern day bathhouse is the latest in our lineup of adaptive reuse projects in Greenville, SC.
As a brand, Sauna House is passionate about preserving the unique character of its historic buildings, making this an ideal adaptive reuse project for our team. This newest spa facility houses four in-ground cold plunges, five traditional Finnish-style saunas, and two private infrared saunas in an open interior space filled with natural light from factory-style windows. Sauna House also cares deeply about investing in the communities where they are located, and plans to give back 1% of revenue to Upstate Forever, a local non-profit dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and resources of Upstate South Carolina. These core commitments of their organization made this the perfect partnership for Liles Construction, and we are grateful to be bringing such a warm and inviting space to the Greenville community we know and love.
Liles is partnering with Redline Architects on this 6,700-square-foot warm shell interior upfit.
