Project Experience: With 14 years in the industry, Dallin has assisted with developing and strategizing business development, operational efficiency, and growth management of the company. Memorable projects include Cabarrus County Schools – Performance Learning Center, where he provided professional oversight and expertise with the Design-Build Method to deliver their first Design-Build building of its kind, on time and within a very tight budget. Dallin was also consultant or pre-construction manager for Optimist Hall, Chadbourn Mill Redevelopment, and Huntersville Medical Office Building projects.

More about Dallin: Dallin lives in the Lake Norman area with his wife, three children, Golden Retriever (Arlo) and Bernese Mountain Dog (Huck). He enjoys woodworking, mountain biking, hiking/backpacking, bushcraft and wilderness survival, taking his kids camping, and learning new construction trade skills and techniques.
