Through years of first hand building experience we are able to provide comprehensive and detailed estimates and value added insight that assure quality and efficiency at a reasonable price.
Liles Construction Company understands the importance of thorough preparation before construction starts in order to make a project move seamlessly and efficiently towards completion. Each project team of estimator, project manager and superintendent(s) spends countless hours buying-out materials, committing subcontractors, preparing schedules and learning and interpreting the drawings and specifications for the project. This strategy helps to eliminate or minimize change orders and to provide Owners, Architects and all other project stakeholders with the knowledge and information they need to assure a successful outcome.
The key to a successful project is thorough and concise communication; to accomplish this we utilize the best information technology systems available to the construction industry. Through the use of Pro-core, a cloud based scheduling, collaboration and document management software along with Sage Timberline construction accounting software; we are able to provide Owners, Architects and all other project stakeholders the ability to communicate openly and efficiently.
At the completion of a project, we provide extensive and in-depth closeout documentation that includes, among other things, warranty information, operation and maintenance manuals, contact information for suppliers and subcontractors, as-built drawings and payment certifications. However, Liles’ commitment to our clients does not stop there; we take the initiative to follow-up with our clients, during the months and years after a project is completed, to assure that our customers are satisfied.
