ReWa Greenville

Greenville is home to our latest adaptive reuse project. Liles Construction is renovating the old ReWa wastewater plant. Built in the 1920s, the building will soon be transformed into a multi-functional event and conference space.

As part of the renovation, Liles is committed to salvaging the original pump house equipment that still stands today. We hope this project will pay tribute to the rich heritage of Greenville while highlighting the city's current growth and charm.
